Most first training sessions with Decodefy follow the same pattern. Walk through the platform. Show how to ask a question. Demonstrate what good output looks like. Ease in gently.
Nikki's session lasted just over an hour. By the end of it, she'd saved herself 3–4 hours every single week.
Here's what happened.
She Already Knew How to Talk to AI
Nikki runs her own mortgage brokerage. She uses ChatGPT regularly. She uses Canva AI. She knows her way around these tools.
So when she logged in and saw the microphone button, she just... clicked it. Started talking. Described what she needed like she was briefing a colleague.
That almost never happens on a first session.
Most people type carefully. Edit before they send. Treat it like a search engine. Nikki spoke to it like a person - and got a person-quality response back. Within minutes, the platform had produced a full first-meeting client interview script: covering why clients should choose her over other brokers, the fact-find process, how to handle objections. Tagged, saved, ready to use.
We didn't need to spend an hour on the basics. So we didn't.
The Thing That Was Eating Her Week
About halfway through the session, the conversation turned to compliance.
Nikki completes six or seven file notes a week. Each one follows the same structure - applicant details, product type, mortgage term, lender rationale, fee disclosure, protection referral, solicitor details. It's not complicated. But it takes time. Roughly 30 minutes per note, every time, because she's building it from scratch in Word.
That's up to three and a half hours a week. On admin she's done hundreds of times before.
