Generic AI
“Our premium 6mm heel lead is crafted from high-quality materials and designed to give you and your dog the perfect training experience. Available in a range of colours to suit every handler.”
The problem
Ask ChatGPT to write something in your voice. You'll get something structured, fluent, and completely interchangeable with every other business in your sector.
Most people conclude they're bad at prompting. They read an article about prompting. They download a template. They get a slightly better version of the same problem.
It isn't the prompt.
The AI can only work with what it knows about you - and what it knows about you is nothing. So it writes the industry average: a competent, forgettable composite of everyone who does what you do.
To write like you, it would need to know how you explain things. What you believe. Where twenty years changed your mind about something. What your clients are actually frightened of. What you'd never say.
You can give it all of that. Nothing is stopping you. But you'd have to work out what those things are, write them down properly, structure them so the AI can use them, and keep them current as the business changes.
That's the job Decodefy does first.
Writing proof
The difference is not a more elaborate prompt. It is the context, point of view and commercial judgement the writing starts with.
Generic AI
“Our premium 6mm heel lead is crafted from high-quality materials and designed to give you and your dog the perfect training experience. Available in a range of colours to suit every handler.”
Decodefy, with a captured point of view
“This lead isn't going to train your dog. You are.”
British register
The major AI models are trained predominantly on American English and default to an American register - the urgency, the superlatives, the enthusiasm dialled one notch past what a British professional finds comfortable. Left alone, everything drifts that way. Most people can feel it before they can name it.
Decodefy is tuned against that drift for every client. Spelling and date formats, yes - but also pace, restraint and how confidence is expressed. In Britain, understatement usually reads as more credible than assertion.
Your Compass records that at the level of your own speech, not a global setting.
Compounding
Not because the AI got smarter. Because it knows more about you.
Every session adds something - a phrase you use, a client objection you keep answering, a story you'd forgotten was interesting. The system gets closer to you the longer you use it.
The useful result
Decodefy gives the same underlying knowledge a useful form wherever you need it. The standard stays the same; the format changes with the job.

How it works
01
About an hour with one of the Decodefy team. Your voice, your expertise, your clients and what you would never say. That becomes your Master Brand Compass - the permanent foundation everything else runs on.
02
Over the next two to three days, everything from that session gets built into your setup. You build it once. You do not rebuild it every Monday morning.
03
Blog posts, LinkedIn content, proposals, SOPs, client emails and board papers. In your voice. At a standard you would put your name on.
Who it's for
Real opinions, real stories, a way of doing things that is yours. Years of it, usually - though it is about having a view, not a birthday.
Not a commodity. If people choose you because of who you are, how you sound matters commercially.
Content, yes - but also proposals, client emails, case studies, procedures and board papers. The value compounds with frequency.
You could construct this yourself in ChatGPT. Some people should. Decodefy is for people who would rather spend that time on the work they are actually good at.
Qualification
Probably not for you if: you want fully automated content with nobody in the loop. You want AI to manufacture expertise you don't have. You're happy publishing generic content as long as something goes out. You enjoy building your own AI systems - genuinely, some people should do exactly that.
Decodefy cannot make you an expert. It can make your expertise visible.

The platform
1 seat £197/month · 3 seats £397/month · 5 seats £497/month
Unlimited outputs across content, sales and operational documents. Multi-voice. Google Reviews and Search Console integrations. Real people - not a ticket queue. Cancel any time. Everything you produce is yours to keep.
Why there's a monthly fee as well as a setup fee. The setup builds your Compass. The monthly covers what happens after: the platform it runs on, framework improvements, model upgrades as they arrive, extra voices as your team grows, and someone who picks up the phone.
